A precontractual and/or contractual relationship, if appropriate, plus the legitimate interest of KRATONS are the legal bases for meeting and managing any requests, questions, and/or enquiries sent. With regard to personal data processing when managing your application for KRATONS recruitment processes, the legal basis is you granting your consent by sending us your CV and personal information to the dedicated email address. In other words, the act of sending us said information represents a clear affirmative action for processing your personal data and considering you as a potential candidate.
